Care Group: Outreach to shut-ins

Good Grief Group: To gather with those who are experiencing the death of someone they love. It is a place to find strength, to share wisdom and pain, and to remind each other that even in times like this -- when life has been turned upside-down -- that no one is alone

Polonia Club:  An organization dedicated to bringing together Polish families who are temporarily or permanently separated from their fatherland. Our purpose is to uphold, preserve and propagate the language, customs, culture and traditions of Poland.

Teen Club: Provide a safe environment for teens to gather together to plan and participate in a variety of activities and to give them an opportunity to volunteer their talents in service to the parish and the community. Social events and service projects are planned on a monthly basis

Senior Adult Group: Young at Heart Club - Participate in many activities on the premises at St. Constance and outside of the parish facilities as well. At each meeting we concentrate on special, meaningful topics. We enjoy an annual Christmas luncheon, the parish May Crowning with the school children and the club's year end anniversary celebration

Christian Out Reach: Help residents of our neighborhood and parish community who, for various reasons, may find themselves unable to manage certain activities of daily living, or who need help with specific problems. Services include visiting and telephoning the sick, home-bound and bereaved; sending get-well cards to the hospitalized and sympathy cards after the death of a spouse to the remaining spouse; grocery shopping; transportation to area medical appointments; helping with home chores and home health care; lending sick-room equipment; advocating for health, social welfare and legal services. Volunteers with skills in professional areas (such as social services, counseling, nursing, law) also offer time and talent when needed

Saint Vincent de Paul Society: Helps those in need of temporary emergency gifts of food and assistance
